Electric
saunas are ideal for indoor installations. The challenge I enjoy
is making the most out of an existing basement, porch or even closet
space and customizing it to suit the client's specific needs. I
use Tylö brand heaters which have an ample rock compartment
and make good löyly when you pour water on them. I can design
the electric sauna to get as hot as any wood burning sauna and to
have the same airy feeling. The benches might be arranged with interesting
angles or curves to make the best use of the space. Often, a dressing
and shower area is included. |
